"I lived in this building for two years and Jamel Thomas and Larry Perkins are the folks who make it such a wonderful place. From move-in, Jamel was there to assist me with things I needed and welcomed me to the building. Everyone knows Mr. Larry and how kind, welcoming, and helpful he is. He goes out of his way to help anyone and make everyone feel welcomed. The maintenance staff is also awesome because they respond to requests promptly and were always so kind and respectful when I interacted with them. I've loved living here because of the spacious apartment, a kitchen with lots of cabinets and counter space, multiple closets, all the natural lighting, and having a large balcony. The pool and fitness center were great to have. At times there were issues with the AC, but it was fixed within a reasonable amount of time. If anything went wrong in the apartment, maintenance took care of it. I love the location and will miss living in Bolton Hill!"
